Lopez, Anthony sued over dog’s behaviour
LONDON – Actress and singer Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony is facing a lawsuit from a woman who alleges he was injured by the dog of the couple.
Hostess Lisa Wilson has filed papers in Brooklyn New York, the Federal Court alleging that he suffered a serious back injury after the couple’s German shepherd, Floyd, encountered during the flight legs and threw it down, reports Contactmusic . com.
Wilson argues that the 2006 incident could have been avoided if the dog had been given better training and hired an expert in animal behavior in an attempt to support his claims.
“The dog was obviously dangerous and we will prove at trial that was only a matter of time before you hurt someone,” said Wilson’s lawyer William Cafaro.
Jose Varvaro, an attorney for Lopez and Anthony, has also hired its own expert to evaluate animal behavior Floyd.
